Coralynn here. I have two cards for you today because I just couldn’t stop. I hope you’re enjoying the month’s challenge as much as we are!
For my first card, I used the Hydrangea from Addie’s Garden and stamped it in the background with Hero Arts Grape Juice and Passion Flower inks. I then cut the Hi cut away out of white card stock and popped it up with foam tape to the stamped background. I added this to a piece of purple card stock from my stash and added it all to an A2 size card base. To finish off the card I used purple gems also from my stash to bling it up.
For my second card, I took the positive die cut from the above card and got it inky with some Butter Bar ink and set it aside to dry. I took the same ink along with Soft Vanilla and used the sun flower from the same stamp set and created my own patterned paper. I then took the Hi die cut and clear embossed the sunflower all over to give it some interest. I added it to the card base with foam tape and stamped the sentiment from Many Everyday Messages stamp set with the Butter Bar ink and cut it out with my paper trimmer and added it to the card with liquid adhesive.
We hope that you join us and link up your floral creations. We love seeing all the wonderful projects you create.
